These construction guidelines are aimed at a relaxed recreational community where density is deemphasized and park-like setting is emphasized.
The following property design guidelines are established to create and protect a distinctive community quality and character for the benefit of all Woodland Shores residences. Exceptions will be considered by the Design Review Committee when there are compensating factors and the spirit of the community character is upheld.
